چکیده

This paper designed a centrifugal shellfish seeding device with conical disc structure to improve the efficiency and uniformity of device. The dynamic model seedling moving on disk is established, main parameters affecting seedling’s movement characteristics are determined as cone angle impeller, speed offset blade. Using EDEM software seedlings blanking rate influencing factors, single factor simulation test was performed. research found that variation trend distribution in statistical area gradually decreased along horizontal direction both sides, origin being center sowing Test orthogonal rotation simulations using coefficient effective job width evaluation indicators. Use Design Expert optimize based results, determine optimal maximum minimum constraints: impeller 7.72°, blade -0.9°. above-mentioned for actual testing. results show when 750r/min 0.65kg/s, 12.84% 24.98m, respectively, while 13.77% 23.25m, respectively. object performance commonly used size Philippines clam. showed speed, rate, quadratic term size, interactive had significant effects ( P <0.01). Shellfish all impact this study provide reference mechanized design seeding.

Design of a continuous flow centrifugal pediatric ventricular assist device.

Thousands of pediatric patients suffering from cardiomyopathy or single ventricular physiologies secondary to debilitating heart defects may benefit from long-term mechanical circulatory support due to the limited number of donor hearts available. This article presents the initial design of a fully implantable centrifugal pediatric ventricular assist device (PVAD) for 2 to 12 year olds. Convent...

Cloud Seeding Experiment

The experimental data are the result of a series of weather modification experiments conducted in south Florida from 1968 to 1972. These experiments were designed to test a hypothesis that massive injection of silver iodide into cumulus clouds can, under specified conditions, lead to cumulus growth, thereby increased precipitation. On each of 52 days that were deemed suitable for cloud seeding,...

Simulation and Experiment on Conveying Device of Cutting System of Small Sugarcane Harvester (RESEARCH NOTE)

The main problem is less efficiency and blocking during sugarcane harvesting in hilly areas. This paper researched the cutting and transporting system of a small sugarcane harvester using virtual prototype technology. The dynamics simulation analyses were carried out to study the transporting status with different friction coefficients between the sugarcane and the spiral and different numbers ...

Centrifugal Instability over a Rotating Cone

In this study, we provide a mathematical description of the onset of counter-rotating circular vortices observed for a family of slender rotating cones (of half-angles 15◦, 30◦ and 45◦) in quiescent fluid. In particular, we apply appropriate scalings and apply a change of coordinates, accounting for the effects of streamline curvature. A combined large Reynolds number and large vortex wavenumbe...

Design and Preliminary Results of the Wyoming Weather Modification Pilot Program Randomized Seeding Experiment

The Wyoming Weather Modification Pilot Program (WWMPP) is funded by the State of Wyoming through the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC), and is unique among statesponsored programs in the USA in that it includes a substantial evaluation component. The main purposes of the WWMPP are to establish an orographic cloud seeding program in three target areas (the Medicine Bow Range, Sierra Ma...
